How do I place an order?

Browse products, add the items you need to your cart, then tap Checkout. Choose your delivery address and payment method to place your order.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to select villages and pincodes near our store. Visit the Delivery Area page to check if we deliver to your location.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery or pay online at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Go to My Orders and open the order to see its current status -- Placed, Confirmed, Processing, Ready or Delivered.

How does the wallet work?

Your wallet holds credits from referrals and refunds. You can use your wallet balance to pay for part of your order at checkout.

How does Refer & Earn work?

Share your referral code with friends and family. When they sign up and place their first order, you receive a reward in your wallet.

How do I cancel an order?

Open the order from My Orders and tap Cancel Order. This is only possible before the order has been delivered.

I did not receive my OTP. What should I do?

Please check your mobile network and try again. You can request a new code if the first one does not arrive within a minute.
